Our Angus Ground beef is ground in small batches and hand packaged in 1lb. chubs. We raise our beef on our farm, just 15 minutes from our retail store in Joplin, Missouri. 100% all-natural, grass fed and grain finished with no hormones or antibiotics.
For Reference: 5lbs. can feed 5-7 people depending on how you slice it.
