    Slightly sweet, a little tangy and packed with smoky heat. Our butcher has perfected these ribs and they are a sure-fire win… and a perfect bite every time!

    Ships frozen, vacuum sealed, fully smoked and ready to eat.

    Reheating Instructions: 

    1. Thaw ribs from frozen. (Cold ribs take longer to reheat.)
    2. Let ribs warm to room temperature in the package.
    3. Pre-heat your oven to 250°.
    4. Remove ribs from vacuum package and tightly wrap in aluminum foil. (You should 100% always wrap the ribs in aluminum foil so they don’t dry out during the reheating process.)
    5. Place on a cooking sheet on the center rack of your oven.
    6. Heat until internal temperature reaches 130°

    ** JH HOUSE RULE: Never, ever reheat ribs in a microwave – unless you want tough, leathery, dry ribs.
