House-made American Wagyu Akaushi Beef Bacon is something quite divine! Made from the beef belly like true bacon… it cooks up just like pork bacon… but with a “beefy” umami flavor that’s a sure winner! Our American Wagyu Akaushi Bacon makes the BEST BLT sandwich you’ll ever sink your teeth into!
Beef bacon has a similar texture to its pork equivalent, but because we use our farm-raised Angus beef, the end result has a concentrated flavor unlike anything you have ever tasted!
We follow the same in-house curing and smoking process we use for our American Wagyu Akaushi and Pork bacon.
